The DeKalb County Health Department is offering a survey to assess lifestyle factors that can lead to breast cancer.

The Breast Cancer Risk Assessment will take into account factors such as smoking, weight and physical activity. About 30 women will then be invited to receive 10 free lifestyle coaching sessions by KishHealth System staff based off of the survey’s results.

The assessment is a part of the DeKalb County Health Department and KishHealth System’s Take Control program, encouraging women to monitor themselves regularly for breast cancer.
