The Big Read Steering Committee will start off the Big Read of DeKalb County with a Fantasy Fest 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Oct. 4 at DeKalb High School, 501 W. Dresser Road.

Fantasy Fest will have games, crafts and music by Dan the Bard.
