The NIU Police Department is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the whereabouts of three suspects involved in a reported aggravated battery that occurred 12:02 a.m. Saturday at the 800 block of Lucinda Avenue near Neptune West.

The victim was assaulted by two individuals while a third individual incited the assault, witnesses told police. The suspects are described as black males, two reported to have been wearing red shirts and blue jeans. The victim was transported to Kishwaukee Hospital, but he or she has been released.
