The Anthropology Museum received a $150,000 grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services Thursday as a part of the Museums for America program.

The program provides more than $16 million to support museums nationally. The museum will use the grant money to rehouse more than 3,200 objects in its cultural collection, according to an NIU Today news release.
