Police Report: Sept. 8 to Sept. 9

Monday

1. At 6 p.m. Sunday, criminal trespass to real property was reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception Monday.

2. At 10 p.m. Sunday, criminal damage to property was reported to have occurred at Huskie Stadium. This case was suspended Monday.

3. At 9 p.m. Sunday, criminal defacement to property was reported to have occurred at Faraday Hall. This case was suspended Monday.

4. At 9 a.m., criminal defacement of property was reported to have occurred at the Art Building. This case was suspended.

5. At 8 a.m. Saturday, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at the Art Building. This case was opened Monday.

6. At 7 p.m., Andrew Johnson, 21, of Vernon Hills, was charged with an in-state warrant reported to have occurred at Lot C3.

7. At 9:18 p.m., illegal possession of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at Neptune North. This case was closed by exception.

Tuesday

8. At 9 p.m. July 24, criminal trespass to state-supported land and theft $500 and under were reported to have occurred at Swen Parson Hall. This case was suspended Tuesday.

9. At 6:56 p.m. Aug. 26, theft from building was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East. This case was closed by exception Tuesday.

10. At 12:01 a.m. Aug. 31, disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at Stevenson South. This case was closed by exception Tuesday.

11. At 10 a.m. Aug. 31, criminal defacement of property was reported to have occurred at the Art Building. This case was closed by exception Tuesday.

12. At 11 a.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at Gilbert Hall. This case was declared unfounded.

13. At 3 p.m. Monday, theft $500 an under was reported to have occurred at 915 Spiros Court. This case was opened Tuesday.

14. At 3:27 p.m., Alesha James, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly conduct reported to have occurred at Neptune Central.

15. At 10:56 p.m., Jose Agueros, 45, of Wheaton, was charged with unlawful delivery of alcohol to a minor reported to have occurred at Stevenson South.

16. At 11 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Neptune East. This case was closed by exception.
