A Monday fire caused $1,200 in damages in Watson Hall.

The DeKalb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at 12:13 p.m. and encountered a fire in a restroom storage closet located on the north side of the building, according to a news release. Fire crews extinguished the fire and occupants were allowed to return to the building.

No injuries were reported, but the incident is under investigation.
