Police Report: Sept. 17 to 18

Wednesday

1. At 10:49 p.m., Devonte Cager, 19, of Bartlett, was charged with theft $500 and under reported to have occurred Sept. 13 in Neptune West.

2. At noon Sept. 1, criminal damage to government-supported property was reported to have occurred at Graham Hall. This case was suspended Wednesday.

3. At 1:04 a.m., Wesley Hines, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with an in-state warrant reported to have occurred at Casey’s General Store, 1001 N. Annie Glidden Road. A case of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor was closed by exception.

4. At 8:54 a.m. Sept. 14, harassment by telephone was reported to have occurred at New Residence Hall East. This case was closed by exception Wednesday.

5. At 8 p.m. Sept. 11, theft $500 and under was reported to have occurred at Grant North. This case was opened Wednesday.

6. At 3:20 p.m., theft over $500 was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case is open.

7. At 5:37 p.m., criminal defacement of property was reported to have occurred at Stevenson North. This case is open.

8. At 6:30 p.m., theft over $500 was reported to have occurred at Founders Memorial Library. This case is open.

Thursday

9. At 2:30 a.m. Sept. 14, disorderly conduct and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor were reported to have occurred at Grant North. These charges were declared unfounded and closed by exception, respectively, Thursday.

10. At 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, criminal damage to property was reported to have occurred at the Music Building. This case was suspended Thursday.

• At 5:15 p.m., burglary from motor vehicle was reported to have occurred at Red Lobster, 5827 E. State St. in Rockford. This case was referred to another agency.

• At 9 p.m., illegal possession of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at 900 N. Annie Glidden Road. This case was closed by exception.

11. At 11 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug equipment were reported to have occurred at Lot X. This case was closed by exception.

12. At 11:21 p.m., illegal possession of alcohol by a minor was reported to have occurred at Casey’s General Store, 1001 N. Annie Glidden Road. This case was closed by exception.
