Provost candidate on campus Thursday

Chukuka Enwemeka, a candidate for executive vice president and provost, will be at NIU Thursday and Friday.

Faculty may meet with Enwemeka in an open forum 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the Barsema Alumni and Visitors Center Ballroom.

University staff and the community may meet with Enwemeka in an open forum 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Thursday in Altgeld Hall, Room 315.

Students may meet with Enwemeka in an open forum 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Holmes Student Center Sky Room.

Enwemeka is the dean of the College of Health Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a university distinguished professor.

Enwemeka earned his bachelor’s of Science in physiotherapy from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, in 1978 and his doctorate in physical therapy from New York University in 1985.

His curriculum vitae lists more than 70 publications, 195 presentations and 300 published research abstracts.

Feedback forms, which will be given to NIU President Doug Baker, will be distributed at each forum.
