Eve Ensler’s “A Memory, a Monologue, a Rant, and a Prayer” will be presented by the Women’s Rights Alliance.

Participants will present monologues at 7:15 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the Carl Sandburg Auditorium of the Holmes Student Center.

The monologues are a collection of writings by authors and playwrights, edited by Ensler and Mollie Doyle, which examine violence against women and girls.

This event is held every year during Sexual Assault Awareness Month to raise funds.

A $5 donation is suggested. Proceeds will benefit Safe Passage, DeKalb’s sexual assault and domestic violence agency.
