• At 3:06 p.m. April 3, harassment by telephone and possession of cannabis 30 grams and under were reported to have occurred at Neptune West. Emily Fraulini, 19, of Highland Park, was arrested Monday.

• At 4:45 p.m., Jeffrey Miller, 20, of Henry, was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and obstructing identification at Huskie Stadium.

Tuesday

• At 1:16 p.m. April 21, credit card fraud was reported to have occurred at the Stevenson Complex. This case was closed by suspension on Tuesday.

• At 1:12 a.m., all other disorderly conduct was reported to have occurred at Gilbert Hall. This case was closed by exception.

• At 2:28 p.m., possession of cannabis 30 grams and under was reported to have occurred at Neptune East. This case was closed by exception.

• At 8:30 p.m., motor vehicle theft and theft $500 and under were reported to have occurred at Lot 15E. This case is open.

• At 11:53 p.m., Darrell Johnson, 27, of DeKalb, was arrested on an in-state warrant at Double Bubble, 850 Pappas Drive.
