Dinner benefits Pay-It-Forward House

The Sycamore Veterans of Foreign Wars and Tom’s Country Store and Catering will hold a fundraising dinner to benefit Pay-It-Forward House.
The Sycamore Veterans of Foreign Wars and Tom’s Country Stone will serve an all-you-can eat buffet dinner from 4 to 8 p.m. Feb. 21 at 121 S. California St.
Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children 10 and under. Homemade barbecue chicken and rib tips, rotisserie pork sandwiches, country style baked beans, steak house potato salad, creamy apple coleslaw, rolls and desserts are all included in the ticket price.
Pay-It-Forward House, 719 Somonauk St., is a healthcare hospitality house that provides a supportive and a home-away-from-home for friends and family of patients receiving medical treatment in DeKalb County. The mission of the organization is to provide physical and emotional rest in a homelike environment for visitors to the community who are living through a loved one’s medical crisis.
