Former quarterback Chandler Harnish, who is now a quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts, will watch DeKalb and Sycamore high schools face off in a basketball match Jan. 31 at the Convocation Center.

The match, called the Annual Castle Challenge, pits the two schools against each other; they also compete in a football game in fall. Tickets are on sale at the high schools, Castle Bank and the Kishwaukee YMCA.

Harnish will sign autographs from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. with Miss Iowa Carlyn Bradarich and WGN’s Dolly McCarthy.

The NIU Silverettes will perform, and there will be bounce houses, a DJ, raffle and more.

The Castle Challenge is held to encourage local businesses, groups and people to raise money to support athletic programs.
