Jan. 18
• Keith A. Doerr, 33, of DeKalb, was charged with aggravated battery.
• Marcus A. Staff, 26, of Rockford, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.
• Andrew D. Stinson, 20, of Poplar Grove, was charged with liquor consumption by a minor.
• Anthony D. Harper-Sampson, 24, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly house.
• Zaviana M. Moore, 19, of Cresthill, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Eduardo Quintero, 31, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.
• Erika L. Brown, 28, of DeKalb, was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction, disarming of an officer.

• Lauren A. Winters, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with trespassing.
• Allison G. Hutchison, 19, of DeKalb, was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction and the disarming of an officer.
• Patrick A. Regan, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal damage to property, domestic battery, resisting arrest, obstruction, disarming of an officer.
