The Chamber of Commerce inducted five people into its Hall of Fame at its annual dinner Jan. 23 at Faranda’s Banquet Center, 302 Grove St.

The people inducted into the Hall of Fame are Michael Embrey, Carme Gregory, Michael Larson, Tom Smith and Bob Brown Sr.

The DeKalb Chamber Business Hall of Fame program is designed to honor prominent business leaders who have made contributions to the DeKalb area.

People who are inducted into the Hall of Fame have demonstrated business excellence, courageous thinking, vision, innovation and inspirational leadership, according to a release.
