Monday to Friday
• Michael D. Tilton, 32, of Rochelle, was charged with a non-residential burglary.
• Erica M. Robertson, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with telephone harassment. The complainant said the suspect has threatened over the phone to run her and her child over. The complainant has made similar reports in the past.
• Chanita S. Pratt-England, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.
• Eulean C. Smith, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft.
• Roger C. OBrien, 58, of DeKalb, and Daniel J. Taylor, 33, of DeKalb, were charged with fighting in the city.
• Sage C.D. Gutierrez, 22, of DeKalb, was arrested on an in-state warrant.
• Lee J. Westfall, 18, of Sandwich, was charged with simple battery after police received a call from Camelot about a student who was out of control.
• Andrena N. Hull, 18; Yolanda J. Hyles, 21; Breonca J. Hyles, 19; Jasmine T. Murray, 18; George W. Murray, 52; Ashley N. Pernell, 21; Theresa Robinson, 48; and Brittani R. Rogers, 19, all of Chicago, were charged for fighting in the city.
• Walgreen’s received a fraudulent prescription. Jeremy D. Marr, 39, of Hampshire, was charged with deceptive practices, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.
• Deborah J. Pagel, 36, of Sycamore, was charged with retail theft at Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road.
• Bianca N. Boncouri, 18, of DeKalb was arrested on an in-state warrant.
• A victim reported she was choked by a suspect in her apartment. The suspect had left the apartment before police arrived at the scene.
An officer spoke with the victim and noticed several bruises on the left side of her neck. An investigation was conducted and Kentral G. Brown, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.
• Heather V. Irving, 29, of DeKalb, and Tameetra S. McNeal, 31, of DeKalb, were charged with fighting in the city after the police received a report of a subject being battered.
• Gabriela F. Leon, 19, of DeKalb, was arrested on an in-state warrant.
• Briayan Estrada-Vazquez, 19, of DeKalb, was arrested on an in-state warrant.
• William C. Lamar, 51, of DeKalb was arrested on an in-state warrant.
• Katerina A. Panourgias, 66, of DeKalb, was charged with simple battery after a victim reported the suspect battered her while at work.
• While on scene at an unrelated problem, an officer witnessed a suspect batter a victim. Another person continually refused to leave the premises. An investigation was started and Jasmine M. Hunter, 21, of DeKalb, was charged with simple battery and Jonathon C. Mehrhoff, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with trespassing.
Saturday to Monday
• An officer responded to the 100 block of Terrace Drive for a report of a traffic crash.
Upon arrival, an officer discovered criminal damage to property had occurred. David J. Bemis, 54, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal damage to vehicle.
• A traffic stop was conducted and Katherine M. Patton, 44, of DeKalb was arrested for two in-state warrants.
• Fidel U. Okeke, 25, of DeKalb, was charged with disorderly conduct.
• Albertano Aquino-Villanueva, 50, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.
• Chloe B. Johnson, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with trespassing and an in-state warrant.
• Christopher J. Norman, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with a disorderly house.
• Robert G. Gonzalez, 22, of DeKalb, was charged with trespassing.
• Kiahini S. Simmons, 21, of Chicago, was charged with obstructing justice/identity, trespassing and an in-state warrant after officers on patrol observed a fight break out between two women.
• Dakota R. Frantz, 18, of Batavia, was charged with liquor consumption by a minor.
• Ana E. Lazaro, 27, of DeKalb, turned herself in on an in-state warrant.
• Cynthia A. Welch, 44, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft.
• Karena A. Palangan, 18, of Crest Hill, was charged with retail theft.
• Dylan J. Blackstone, 20, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing justice/identity.
• Tomas P. Hinojosa, 20, of DeKalb, was arrested on an in-state warrant.
• Heather C. Mendez, 33, of DeKalb, was arrested on an in-state warrant.
