City Police Reports: Sept. 14-15

Sept. 14

• Officers stopped a car in the 1200 block of Varsity Boulevard because a backseat passenger was hanging out of the side door of the van. An investigation was started and Anthony J. Calabrese, 20, of Schaumburg, was charged with an in-state warrant.

• Officers responded to the 1300 block of Sycamore Road for a call of domestic battery. An investigation was started and Herman Davis, 48, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.

• John F. Olson, 49, of DeKalb was charged with disorderly conduct.

• Andrew J. Wallace, 18, of Earlville, was charged with possession of cannabis 30 grams and under and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 15

• Nathan C. Hillman, 28, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery.

• John Gayden, 26, of South Holland, was charged with an in-state warrant and possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.

• Eulean C. Smith, 26, of DeKalb, was charged with criminal damage to property.

• Lou A. Gillespie, 23, of DeKalb, was charged with domestic battery, possession of cannabis over 30 grams, delivery of cannabis 30 grams and under, and violation of order of protection.

• At Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road, security caught a shoplifter stealing two packages of household batteries. An investigation was started and Rosezella I. Burrage, 29, of DeKalb, was charged with retail theft.

• Shucreeia S. Robinson, 24, of Richton Park, was charged with trespassing.
