Phi Kappa Sigma is hosting its annual Greek Physique competition at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Egyptian Theatre, 135 N. Second St.

After months of dedication, student competitors get the chance to show off as they compete in a men’s body building and women’s figure competition.

“Competitors will appear on stage and perform a routine for the crowd,” said Philip Ransom-Jones, Phi Kappa Sigma philanthropy chair and senior finance major. “The judges will determine who the top three of each class are, and they will go on to compete against the other classes in their gender to determine an overall Greek Physique male and female winner.”

The competition has been a part of NIU’s Greek system for several years, helping to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in a fun, competitive way.

“My fraternity has hosted this event for years, and it’s something that is important to all current members and our alumni,” Jones said.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased online or at the door.

Don’t miss out on the after party at Starbusters Bar & Brill 930 Pappas Drive.
