The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

At 12:14 a.m., officers were called to a Sycamore Road residence for a report of a domestic disturbance. Following an investigation, Bryant L. Parker, 32, was arrested for violation of an order of protection.

At 10:47 p.m., officers responded to 847 Russell Road for a trespass. Upon arrival, the suspect, Shamarr Z. Scott, 23, was located inside and was arrested for criminal trespass to real property.

At 11:23 p.m., officers observed the passenger of a vehicle with his seat belt tucked behind him. Following a traffic stop at 1000 W. Hillcrest Drive, Joshua O. Thompson, 24, was cited for failure to wear seat belt. The driver, Tatanne M. Butler, 22, was charged with driving with a suspended license. Both were released on bond.

At 9:48 p.m., following a traffic stop at 200 W. Lincoln Highway, Jaquinna T. Wimbley, 26, was charged with driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle with suspended registration and non-insurance.

At 7:31 p.m., a victim reported her boyfriend had tackled her and punched her in the face. Joshua J. Danay, 23, was charged with two counts of domestic battery.

At 2:48 a.m., officers responded to a Greenbrier Road residence in reference to a battery. Officers arrived on the scene and met with the victim who was bleeding and possessed multiple injuries on and around his face. The victim was transported to Kishwaukee Community Hospital by the DeKalb Fire Department. The officers then spoke with the suspect’s girlfriend who allowed officers into her apartment. Following an investigation into several visible drug items, Jolie M. Bray, 29, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis with intent, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 9:02 a.m., following a traffic stop at 900 Kimberly Drive, Matilde Garcia-Perez, 29, was charged with no valid driver’s license, no insurance and failure to signal. Garcia-Perez was released on bond.

At 12:05 a.m., officers observed a suspect attempting to urinate behind Lord Stanley’s, 142 E. Lincoln Highway. Following investigation, Anthony J. Ferrari, 25, was charged with failure to appear—traffic. Ferrari was released on bond.

At 1:09 a.m., officers responded to Molly’s, 1000 W. Lincoln Highway, in reference to a fight. Upon arrival it was learned a male was asked to leave the bar because he was sleeping. The male and his group of friends became uncooperative. A bartender was allegedly struck by a male from the group. It took several bartenders to remove the group and several bartenders were struck during the altercation. Shelton T. Williams, 24, and Cari A. Cudak, 28, were charged with two counts of battery. Cornell Nealy, 25, was charged with three counts of battery.
