At 6:29 p.m., following a traffic stop at 700 W. Lincoln Highway, Clarence E. Carter, 25, was charged with driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle with expired registration.

At 5:10 p.m., Robert M. Walker, 25, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear—domestic battery. Walker was released on bond with a court date.

At 9:35 p.m., officers responded to a drug complaint at 1212 Varsity Blvd. The complainant said the hallway smelled of cannabis. Following an investigation, Sarah N. Audete, 22, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. Audete was released on bond with a court date.
