At 5:30 p.m., officers reported to 609 Davy St. to serve a warrant. Ryan D. Carpenter, 31, was charged with failure to appear—obstruction and failure to appear—contempt of court.

At 10:46 p.m., officers responded to 1025 Crane Drive to serve a warrant. Sarina Clover, 24, was charged with failure to appear—traffic offense. Glover was released on bond with a new court date.
