At 10:35 p.m., officers went to Hope Haven, 1145 Rushmoore Drive, to serve a warrant. Chiedu O. Ikedionwu, 36, was charged with failure to appear — unlicensed. Ikedionwu was booked and transported to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

At 10:51 p.m., officers responded to University Plaza, 900 Crane Drive, for a report of two subjects arguing. After investigation, Jonnetthe R. Boyd, 31, was charged with battery and transported to the DeKalb Police Department.

At 10:56 p.m., officers observed a vehicle at 1300 Sycamore Road traveling at a high rate of speed. Following a traffic stop, Aaron Hardt, 33, was charged with speeding, and two counts of DUI. Hardt was released on bond.
