The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.
Tuesday
At 5:53 a.m., following a traffic stop at University Village, 722 N. Annie Glidden Road, Donald Vaual, 30, was charged with failure to appear warrant — traffic violation.
At 5:28 p.m., officers responded to a complaint of a solicitor. Upon their arrival, the solicitor was located and identified as Erneice N. Moore, 21. Moore was cited and released.
Samantha L. Ramadan, 30, was located at a Taylor Street building. The warrant for Ramadan was confirmed and she was transported to the police department. Ramadan was charged with an original warrant for residential burglary.
At 7:47 p.m., officers observed a vehicle speeding. Following a traffic stop at 1800 Sycamore Road, Darrell M. Johnson, 26, was charged with driving with a suspended license, speeding, and an original warrant of trespass on property. Johnson was booked and released on bond.
