At 1:28 a.m., officers observed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed. Following a traffic stop at 600 Lincoln Highway, Clinton M. Lawler, 20, was charged with DUI and speeding.

At 11:28 p.m., following a traffic stop at 900 W. Lincoln Highway, Kendra Moore, 19, was charged with driving with a suspended license. Moore was released on bond.
