The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Wednesday

At 5:47 a.m., Immigration and Customs Enforcement requested assistance in locating a suspect at 910 S. Fifth St. Officers made contact with the suspect and I.C.E took him into custody. I.C.E transported the suspect to their facility.

At 10:01 a.m., David Weber, 31, was booked and transported to the DeKalb County jail for failing to register as a sex offender at a Ridge Drive residence.

At 1:21 p.m., Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road, reported they had a shoplifter in custody. Jessie-Leigh Sara Hoedermaker, 19, was charged with retail theft. Hoedermaker was booked and transported to the DeKalb County jail.

Ramon Camacho, 20, turned himself in on a warrant for criminal damage to property. Camacho was booked and released on bond.

Thursday

At 3:19 a.m., following a traffic stop at 1000 Normal Road, Karina G, Miranda, 22, was charged with DUI, DUI over .08, no insurance, one headlight, and disobeying stop signs.

At 11:11 a.m., officers responded to a call from a victim of a paintball attack. Antauwn L. Harris, 19, was charged with aggravated battery. Dremar R. Blue, 19, was charged with aggravated battery, possession of cannabis to deliver, and possession of a controlled substance to deliver.

At 3:32 p.m., Tyler Hernandez, 43, turned himself in on a warrant for driving with license revoked. Hernandez was released on bond.

At 5:43 p.m., an agent working for the police department was sold cigarettes after providing the clerk with an underage ID. Dora O. Rodriguez, 28, was charged with the sale of tobacco to a minor and released with a court date.

At 6:20 p.m., an agent working for the police department was sold cigarettes, at From the Heart Ware, 817 W. Lincoln Highway, without providing any proof of age. Meghan E. Chadra, 35, was charged with sale of tobacco to a minor and was released with a court date.

At 6:30 p.m., an agent working for the police department was sold cigarettes, at Hickey’s Corner Store, 218 W. Lincoln Highway, after providing the clerk with an underage ID. Angela Moore, 40, was charged with sale of tobacco to a minor and released with a court date.

At 7:10 p.m., officers responded to a report from Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road, of retail theft. Brandon C. Hudson, 20, was charged with retail theft.

At 7:17 p.m., an agent working for the police department was sold cigarettes, at 7-Eleven, 802 S. Fourth St., without providing any proof of age. Pradeep R. Rajula, 23, was charged with sale of tobacco to a minor and was released with a court date.

At 7:51 p.m., officers responded to a report of retail theft at Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road. Deron F. Smith, 21, was charged with retail theft and was released on bond.

Friday

At 12:01 a.m., officers served a warrant to a Ridge Drive residence. Anissia K. Pasquier, 19, was charged with the original warrant of theft. Pasquier was released on bond.

At 9:27 p.m., Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road, reported retail theft. After investigation, Marcus J. Kenley, 19, and Deavon D, Emerson, 18, were charged with retail theft (local ordinance).

At 9:43 p.m., Walmart, 2300 Sycamore Road, reported they had a suspect detained for theft. After investigation, Skylar Detracosta, 20, was charged with retail theft.

Saturday

At 2:14 a.m., officers observed a vehicle driving recklessly on Annie Glidden Road. Following a traffic stop, Scott M. Weronko, 29, was charged with DUI, DUI over .08, improper lane usage, and disobeying traffic signal.

At 2:49 a.m., officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct at an Arcadia Drive residence. Kirk K. Lathrope, 23, was charged with disorderly conduct and released on bond.
