A student-run restaurant in the Holmes Student Center will open Tuesday, according to NIU Today.

Ellington’s is a restaurant where students of Quantity Food Production (FCNS 320) plan, prepare and serve three-course meals with a theme as part of their course requirements, according to NIU Today.

The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday on the main floor of the Holmes Student Center. People are seated between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. A full meal costs $9. Huskie Bucks, checks, NIU meal coupons, cash and credit cards are accepted.
