The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Sunday

At 12:20 a.m. officers observed a vehicle driving 42 mph in a 30 mph zone near 700 Lincoln Highway. Following a traffic stop, Henry M. Traylor, 18, was arrested for unlawful consumption of alcoholic liquor, speeding, and improper lane usage. Traylor was released on bond.

At 12:41 a.m. officers observed a vehicle near 1400 Adams Way. Officers checked the plate registration through LEADS and found that the registered owner had an expired license. Following a traffic stop, Citlalli Dominguez, 23, was arrested for not having a valid ID and operating an uninsured vehicle. Dominguez was released after posting bond.

At 1:12 a.m. officers observed a car driving erratically. After a traffic stop, Sarah E. Long, 19, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance. She was released on bond.

At 2:07 a.m. officers observed a black Buick turning right without a turn signal. Following a traffic stop, David A. Hescott, 47, was arrested for driving under the influence, failure to signal when required and an improper turn.

At 3:09 p.m. Devin J. Iverson, 23, turned himself into the police department on a warrant for assault. Iverson was arrested and then released upon posting cash bond.

At 8:55 p.m. officers responded to 756 Regent Drive in regards to an active warrant. Following an investigation, Mitchell R. Jacobson, 25, was arrested on a warrant for larceny and possession of cannabis.
