The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.
Saturday
At 12:35 a.m., officers responded to 800 Greenbrier Road. Jordan D. Russell, 20, was cited for the possession of alcohol.
At 1:01 a.m., officers responded to Starbuster’s, 930 Pappas Drive, in regard to a report of battery. The suspect, Lauren A. Rodman, 21, was advised to have kicked the manager and broken a bottle inside the store. Rodman was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct, booked and released on bond.
At 2:08 a.m., officers observed a vehicle spinning its tires as it was turning from Lincoln Highway onto southbound Annie Glidden Road. Following a traffic stop, Justin T. Tyrrell, 29, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and squealing tires.
At 2:19 a.m., officers observed a vehicle driving erratically near 1100 W. Lincoln Highway. Following a traffic stop, Jeremy L. Bus, 21, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
At 7:47 a.m., officers reported to Mobil, 1740 E. Lincoln Highway, in regard to a call by a subject to have her car unlocked. The subject, Lanosha Journagih, 23, was found to have driven with a suspended driver’s license and was given a citation.
At 10:54 a.m., officers observed a red vehicle driving at a high rate of speed in the 1100 block of E. Lincoln Highway. The driver, Flavio C. Sanchez-Garcia, 17, was found to be driving without a valid driver’s license. Sanchez-Garcia was arrested, transported to DCPD, booked and released on bond.
At 10:06 p.m., officers responded to 521 E. Taylor St. in regard to a complaint of an underage drinking party. Upon arrival, officers witnessed a suspect fleeing the scene. The suspect, Bradly S. Larson, 19, was arrested for resisting a police officer, the possession of drug paraphernalia and underage consumption.
At 10:17 p.m., officers responded to Townsend Management, 820 Edgebrook Drive, in regard to a complaint of disorderly conduct. Following an investigation, Laurice D. Puckett, 37, was arrested, transported to DCPD, booked and released on bond.
At 10:38 p.m., officers responded to 722 N. 11th St. in regard to a complaint of domestic battery. Following an investigation, Daniel L. Aspengren, 28, was arrested for domestic battery.
