The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.
Wednesday
At 11:48 a.m. officers received a report of two dogs running in the roadway at Fourth Street and Best Ave. Laura L. Viland was charged with dogs running at large. Animal control was contacted.
At 6:40 p.m. officers responded to a report of an assist citizen on Bayfield Drive. Alexandra C. Flournory, 22, was charged with a failure to appear warrant.
Thursday
At 9:56 p.m. officers observed a moped operated without safety glasses. Following a traffic stop Andrew C. Emmert, 25, was charged with no insurance, and a previous warrant for theft.
At 11:13 p.m. following a traffic stop, Nicole L. Stallworth was charged with a previous warrant of failure to appear – driving with a suspended license. Stallworth was released on bond.
Friday
At 1:00 a.m. officers responded to a report of domestic dispute. Following a traffic stop, Jeramie C. Caldwell, 20, was charged with criminal trespass to real property, and criminal damage to property.
At 2:01 a.m. following a traffic stop, Zachary M. Ciekutis, 19, was charged with DUI, DUI over .08, improper lane usage, and unlawful consumption of alcohol. Ciekutis was released on bond.
At 2:59 a.m. officers responded to a report of domestic dispute. Jared D. Mason, 22, was charged with criminal trespass to real property, obstructing identification, resisting a peace officer, aggravated battery, and criminal damage to property. An investigation was started.
At 3:00 a.m. officers placed Jonathan J. Keafer, 22, under arrest for criminal damage to property. Keafer was released on bond.
At 9:00 a.m. officers responded to a domestic battery report. Xzavier Charise Talley, 39, was charged with domestic battery and criminal trespass to property.
At 1:17 p.m. officers responded to a check well being request. Michael D. Anderson, 25, was charged with trespass to property.
At 4:48 p.m. officers responded to a domestic dispute report. James Wilson Stewart Dortch, 24, was charged with domestic battery.
At 9:03 p.m. following a traffic stop, Megan E. Davidson, 26, was charged with no valid driver’s license, and driving without headlights when required. Davidson was released on bond,
Saturday
At 1:09 a.m. following a traffic stop, Angelica M. Quintana, 26, was charged with driving with a suspended license. Quintana was released on bond.
At 1:43 a.m. officers investigated a burglary on Lincoln Highway. Upon checking LEADS, Michael C. Harris, 20, was charged with a warrant of failure to appear —criminal sexual abuse. Harris was transported to DCSO.
At 2:10 a.m. officers responded to a relocation complaint. Janelle M. Robinson, 23, was charged with city violation for criminal damage to property.
At 2:14 a.m. officers responded for an intoxicated subject. After investigation, Michael Truman Gardner, 22, was charged with possession of cannabis.
At 11:36 a.m. officers responded to a criminal damage to property complaint. Malcolm A. McDonald, 22, was charged with criminal damage to property.
At 2:06 p.m. Epifano B. Hernandez, 40, was arrested and charged on a warrant for failure to appear. Hernandez was transported to the DeKalb County Jail.
At 4:49 p.m. officers responded to a complainant advising a pitbull was in his yard. Isela Lopez, 33, was charged with dog running at large.
At 6:28 p.m. officers responded to a warrant attempt. Christopher S. Bushman, 35, was charged with failure to appear—warrant for trespass. Bushman was booked and transported to DCSO,
