The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Sunday

At 12:03 a.m., officers cited Joseph L. Mesropian, 20, at 400 N. Annie Glidden Road for consumption of alcohol.

At 1:29 a.m., officers observed a black Nissan driving erratically southbound near Pappas Drive. Following a traffic stop, Madelain J. J. Endres, 22, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and cannabis, disobeying a stop sign and driving without insurance.

At 1:30 a.m., officers observed a green Honda driving without its headlights going northbound near 1100 Blackhawk Drive. The driver was found to be driving with a suspended license and without insurance. Following a traffic stop, Darrius E. Hawkins, 23, was arrested, transported to DCPD and released on bond.

At 1:56 a.m., officers observed a vehicle driving erratically eastbound on Lincoln Highway. Following a traffic stop, Joanne Craig, 19, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.

At 2:34 a.m., officers observed a vehicle spinning its tires in the parking lot of 1023 W. Hillcrest Drive. During a traffic stop, the driver, Timothy W. Becker, 22, admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to the traffic stop. Becker was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, transported to DCPD and an investigation began.

At 3:15 a.m., officers responded to a Stadium View residence in regard to a complaint of disorderly conduct. The suspect, James L. Flaherty, 19, was arrested on two counts of domestic battery.

At 7:49 p.m., officers responded to 116 Laurel Lane in regards to an active warrant for Travis B. Cummings, 20. Cummings was arrested, transported to DCPD and released on bond.

At 10:48 p.m., officers ran the registration of a black Cadillac traveling northbound near 500 N. Annie Glidden Road. Officers found the registered owner of the vehicle possessed a suspended driver’s license, and initiated a traffic stop. Following the traffic stop, Michael B. Murphy, 21, was arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license, transported to DCPD, booked and released on bond.

At 11:08 p.m., officers checked a vehicle’s registration through LEADS and found the driver to have an active DeKalb County warrant. The vehicle parked on 900 Pleasant St. The owner, Steven J. McKinnes, 32, was arrested, transported to DCPD and released after posting cash bond.
