The following was taken directly from area police and fire department records, or from DeKalb County court records. Anyone mentioned is presumed innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

At 6:56 a.m., a domestic dispute was reported at University Village, 706 Annie Glidden Road Apt. 108. A male and a female were on site when officers arrived. Both subjects said the argument was verbal only. Officers noticed the male, John Gayden Jr., 25, seemed to have damaged the door when trying to gain entry or wake the female. Gayden had previously been banned and had two active warrants out. He was taken into custody, transported to the police department, booked and warrants were confirmed. Gayden was arrested for trespassing on property, criminal damage, a valid traffic and trespassing warrant. He was unable to post bond.
At 10:20 p.m., officers were dispatched to 1100 W. Hillcrest Drive. The deputy gave officers the suspect’s name and a vehicle description. Officers noticed the same vehicle leave the residence when they arrived. The vehicle was pulled over for a traffic stop. The driver lied about her name and resisted arrest. Tiffany Hines, 22, was arrested for driving with a suspended license, not wearing a seat belt, obstructing identification and resisting a police officer. An investigation was started.
At 8:28 p.m., officers attempted to locate a suspect wanted on an in-state warrant at Hope Haven, 1145 Rushmore Drive. The suspect was located and identified. Kimi Wilson was arrested and transported to DCSO for criminal damage to property.
At 11:19 p.m., officers responded to a report of two roommates arguing with each other at University Village Apt. 204, 825 Crane Drive. China Peterson, 20, and Stephani Harmon, 43, were arrested for domestic battery. An investigation was started.
Alvino Santiago-Gomez, 21, was arrested for DUI, no driver’s license, no insurance and possession of fraudulent identification.
At 10:09 p.m., officers were dispatched to 100 N. Second St. for a reported stabbing. The suspect reportedly stabbed the offender in the arm. It was learned that the suspect and victim knew each other and had a prior dispute. Michael Clark, 21, was arrested and transported to DCSO for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery on a public way.
John Fee was located and taken into custody. He was transported to DCSO for theft of over $500 from August.
