A special City Council meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the DeKalb Municipal Building, 200 S. Fourth St. Mayor Kris Povlsen will present an overview of issues, including a crime-free lease addendum requirement, chronic nuisance ordinance enforcement, licensing/registration and rental property inspection.
