The bond has been set to $500,000 for the alleged perpetrator of a Sept. 8 shooting.

Demetrius D. Wade, 25, has been charged with firing shots at people during an argument at 4:20 a.m. in the area of Edgebrook Drive and Normal Road. Police were unable to locate suspects but found three cars with bullet holes. Wade is charged with armed violence, aggravated discharge of a firearm, possession of a weapon by a felon, criminal damage to property, possession of ammunition without a firearm owner’s identification card and unlawful possession of marijuana, according to a Daily Chronicle article.
