Daisy’s surrenders liquor license

Daisy’s Sports Bar and Grill voluntarily surrendered and terminated their class E liquor license after two incidents of employees serving alcohol not in accordance with the terms of their license.
According to an Agreed Findings of Fact and Fine Order, on Feb. 11 employees allowed a person under 21 to enter the bar and served them alcohol without demanding presentation of identification.
On Feb. 17 employees allowed two other people to be served alcohol when they had not ordered or purchased food, as required by the DeKalb Municipal Code.
Daisy’s received fines for both incidents totalling $2,000.
