According to the DeKalb County Coroner’s Office press release, 56-year-old Evaristo Alvarado from Sandwich was identified as the man crushed in a fatal accident Tuesday afternoon.

Alvarado was crushed at the back of the storage lot of Menards, 1825 Mercantile Drive in Sycamore. The details of the accident are still under investigation by the Sycamore Police Department and the DeKalb County Coroner’s office.

Alvarado’s autopsy will begin this afternoon, according to the press release.
