At 3:27 a.m., officers on patrol approached Joseph M. Dahlke, 20, of Burbank and another person after seeing them hit each other in a McDonald’s parking lot. Upon contact, the officers smelled an odor consistent with cannabis and alcohol. Dahlke was arrested and charged for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment. Dahlke and the other person were referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for drug-related charges.
