Saturday

At 11:30 p.m., the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call regarding a vehicle weaving and crossing into oncoming traffic. The vehicle was stopped on Gurler Road and the driver, Chelsea A. Bemis, 20, of DeKalb, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license. She was taken to the DeKalb County Jail pending bond.

At 2:40 a.m., the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle for improper lane usage on Glidden road. The driver, Danny Luna, 21, of Belvidere, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. The passenger, Nickolas M. Flagg, 20, of Belvidere, was arrested for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. Both men were taken to the DeKalb County Jail, where they are held pending bond.

Sunday

At 3:23 p.m., DeKalb Police stopped a vehicle in the 1100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive for expired registration. The driver, Lamonte D. Moore, 19, of DeKalb, was driving with a suspended license. Moore was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Department. He was later released on bond.
