• At 3:49 a.m., an officer observed Anthony J. Kier, 26, of DeKalb, driving his vehicle in the 100 block of John Street. The officer performed a traffic stop and determined Kier was driving on a suspended license. Kier was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station. He was later released on bond.
