According to a press release, Sycamore resident Colin T. Young was arrested Monday for 15 counts of residential and attempted residential burglary and 19 counts of burglary to motor vehicle. After a six month investigation, the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office and the Sycamore Police department charged Young in connection with a series of burglaries that occurred in Northwest Sycamore as well as the Fox Point subdivision. Young is currently being held at the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office on $300,000 bond.
