• At 3:41 p.m., the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office responded to Kishwaukee College for a warrant attempt. Upon arrival, deputies located Earl R. Richards IV, 27, of Rochelle, and arrested him on a failure to appear warrant for possession of alcohol. Richards was transported to DeKalb County Jail where he posted bond and was released.
