Monday

• At 8:43 a.m., DeKalb Police observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the 1700 block of S. Seventh Street. The officer performed a traffic stop and found the driver, Quinton S. Carroll, 23, of DeKalb, was driving with a suspended driver’s license. Carroll was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station. He was later released on bond.

Tuesday

• At 2:59 a.m., DeKalb Police observed a vehicle in the 1000 block of W. Lincoln Highway with expired registration. The officer performed a traffic stop and found the driver, Anthony T. Grant, 30, of DeKalb, did not have a valid driver’s license. Grant was arrested and taken to the DeKalb Police Station. He was later released on bond.
