Tuesday

At 12:13 a.m., DeKalb Police, responding to the 700 block of Russell Road for an assist fire call, were notified of a woman passed out in a stairwell. Upon arrival, officers found the woman, Stephanie T. Hendrix, 26, of DeKalb, had woken up and smelled strongly of alcohol. Hendrix was checked and released by paramedics at the scene. Officers then found Hendrix was banned from the property. Hendrix was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing. She was taken to the DeKalb Police Station and later released on bond.
