Tuesday

• At 6 p.m., DeKalb Police responded to the 100 block of East Lincoln Highway for a report that David C. Byers, 25, of DeKalb, was at that location. Byers was wanted on a Failure to Appear warrant for DeKalb County. Police located and arrested Byers. He was taken to the DeKalb Police Station and later released on bond.
