Student organizations who plan on hosting “special events” for Fall 2011 must submit their application to the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership Development no later than April 22.

Special events are defined as activities that require more planning than the competitive performance, performance or dance events and may have circumstances that require unique or special amendments to guest requirements.

The committee meeting to approve special events will take place the week of April 25. Special event forms should be turned in to SILD 150. The form can be found at www.niu.edu/studentinvolvement/organizations/forms.shtml.
