Campus crime blotter for April 18

March 22

  • At 11:49 a.m., a report was received of a theft that occurred at Graham Hall. Pending any leads and further information, this case is administratively closed.

Wednesday

  • At 4:44 p.m., a person reported a theft of lost or mislaid property. The person left her purse unattended in a room at the Child Care Center and it was missing upon her return. An officer found the purse and contacted the owner. This case is administratively closed.
  • At 6:00 p.m., an officer took a report of a lost credit card that was fraudulently used. This case is pending investigation.
  • At 8:57 p.m. a student was found with a joint while at a concert at the Convocation Center. He was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for unlawful possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.

Thursday

  • At 11:15 p.m., an officer was dispatched to Douglas Hall on a report of the odor of cannabis from a particular room. The occupants allowed the officer voluntary entry and a consent search of the room yielded cannabis in a drawer. The student admitting ownership of the contraband was referred to the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct for possession of cannabis 30 grams and under.
