At 8:33 a.m. on Tuesday, DeKalb Police in the 1000 block of North Annie Glidden Road performed a traffic stop on a vehicle. Police learned the driver, Tremain S. A. Bowers, 26, of DeKalb, had no insurance and a failure to a appear warrant for driving with a suspended license. Bowers was taken to the police station and later released on bond.
