Secretary of state’s office to visit campus Monday

DeKALB | The Illinois secretary of state’s office will be at the lower level of the Holmes Student Center Monday.
According to a press release, the office will be on campus from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. They will be providing certain driver and vehicle services such as renewing driver’s licenses or state ID cards, registering to be an organ and tissue donor and will have vehicle license plate stickers available for purchase.
The office will also have NIU collegiate license plates available. The cost is $69 to switch a random numbered plate, $163 for a vanity plate consisting of letters or numbers one through 999, and $116 for a personalized plate, which consists of letters and numbers.
Acceptable forms of payment include cash, checks, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards.
