• At 8:43 p.m., DeKalb Police initiated a traffic stop in the 500 block of Lucinda Ave. on a vehicle known to have suspended plates. Police arrested the driver, Jessica S.David, 22, of DeKalb for driving with a suspended license, suspended plates, no insurance, display of false insurance and expired registration. She was taken to the police station and later released on bond.
