At 4:18 p.m. on Monday, DeKalb Police responded to the 1000 block of Rushmore Drive to reference a wanted individual. Police found subject, Megan E. Davison, 24, of DeKalb, and confirmed she had a failure to appear warrant for retail theft. Davison was arrested and was unable to post bond. She was later taken to the DeKalb County Jail.
