Scholarship to honor Keller

By Alex Fiore

A scholarship has been set up in honor of NIU freshman Antinette “Toni” Keller.

The scholarship will be awarded to an incoming freshman art major and will pay for freshman year funds. Keller, who went missing Oct. 14, was an art major.

Anyone who wishes to donate to the scholarship fund can do so through three ways: mail, phone and online.

Those who want to donate through the mail can make checks payable to NIU Foundation/Toni Keller Scholarship Fund and address the envelope to Northern Illinois University Foundation, Attn: Advancement Services, 1425 W. Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, IL 60115.

Those who wish to donate over the phone can call (877) 448-2648. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards are all accepted.

Anyone who wants to donate online can do so by visiting www.niufoundation.org and click on “make a gift.” Under “gift designations,” donors should type “Toni Keller Scholarship Fund.” The same credit cards as phone donations are accepted.
