Arrest warrants issued for suspects invovled in home invasion

CORTLAND | The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office and Cortland Police obtained arrest warrants Friday for two individuals suspected in a home invasion that occurred Sept. 28 in Cortland.

According to a DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office press release, warrants were issued for Wallace Sullivan Jr., 35, of Summit, and Demar T. Davis, 34, of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Sullivan has a $1 million bond and Davis has a $2 million bond. Both warrants are for home invasion Class X Felonies.

According to the release, Sullivan and Davis were last seen in a blue car near the area of the crime. They were planning the home invasion and dropped off previously arrested Robert Jackson to commit the crime.

Jackson, 24 of Bolingbrook, was arrested Sept. 28 and is currently being held in DeKalb County Jail on a $1 million bond.

Jackson was charged with two counts of home invasion, two counts of armed violence, residential burglary, aggravated battery with a firearm and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon.
